Refund & Cancellation Policy
Paper Fast Platform – Return & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all services through the Paper Fast Platform (website, mobile application, or partner portal). By availing services, Users agree to the terms outlined herein.
2. General Principles
- All payments made for services are considered final unless otherwise specified in this Policy.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed strictly in accordance with the conditions below.
- Package-based services are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@paperfast.in within 7 days of cancellation.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of acceptance.
- Refunds will be made only through official banking channels (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque).
- No cash refunds will be entertained.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Services already commenced or completed.
- Package-based services.
- Cancellation due to patient non-cooperation, unsafe environment, or withholding of critical medical information.
- Payments made to unauthorized persons or without valid receipts.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be applicable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, internet failures, or governmental actions.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes relating to refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gujrat, India.
